you have to read these 5 responses and depending on this 5 responce you have to answer the questions
Response 1:
I want to bring attention to the behavior of consuming caffeine in excess. I chose this subject since I personally struggle with this issue and wish to reduce the amount of daily caffeine use. Furthermore, I selected caffeine because people in society see it as essential to their lives and believe they cannot function without it. Society treats caffeine as a normal thing such as water. There are a lot of caffeine addicts since around 90% of adults worldwide drink caffeine every day. People who are having difficulty with this issue won’t perceive it as a problem. They only see the positive benefits, such as an elevated mood, therefore they will never notice the negative traits until they start to appear, such as palpitations.
Response 2:
Caffeine is a substance that, while beneficial for some, may be detrimental for others. Caffeine has various advantages, including greater physical performance, mood elevation, and accelerated metabolism. Additionally, it can worsen anemia, increase heart rate, and raise blood pressure. It also has the potential to cause overdose deaths. Over time, caffeine addicts will experience these adverse consequences as they first become aware of their high blood pressure and later learn that it is driven to an iron deficiency. Furthermore, it can have an impact on those who are close to caffeine addicts since they will always worry that something awful will happen, or even worse, they could lose an important person as a result of a caffeine overdose.
Response 3:
The goal is to reduce excessive caffeine use. I will thus use the behavioral method to achieve my objective. My daily goal is to either drink only one can of red bull or reduce the number of espresso shots in my coffee from 4 to 2. The second part of my weekly goal is to avoid drinking caffeine on the weekends. Thirdly, I want to spend less time at cafés by going only once a month. To encourage my behavioral change, I will attempt to spend more time with my family each month.
Response 4:
There are many barriers that I can have toward my goal of reducing excessive caffeine drink such as university stress, my work and my friends. I increase my coffee intake whenever I have a lot of work to complete in order to stay focused better. Working and studying at the same time is quite challenging, but it is also a learning experience for shifting to the workplace. Since I don’t have time, I often take caffeine. Finally, all of my friends adore coffee, and we meet on a daily basis. If I went with them, it would be strange that I am not drinking coffee. My friend should be aware of my plan and assist and encourage me in overcoming these challenges. I should also schedule my time wisely, and if I ran out of time for any of my assignments, I should merely ask my professor for an extension if it’s possible. In order to make it healthy, I should substitute water or a smoothie for caffeinated drinks.
Response 5:
I, my family and my friends will benefit if I can complete this plan. It is quite difficult for me to drink large amounts of caffeine because I have an iron deficiency (anemia). My iron level will decrease if I break this plan, because low iron levels lead to high blood pressure and fatigued heart muscles. The primary supporter for this plan is my family, who don’t want to watch me suffering as a result of caffeine’s drawbacks. This strategy will protect both my life and the bucks I currently spend on daily caffeinated beverages like coffee and red bull. Also, my friends will try their best to support me and that is what will keep our relationship stronger. Supporting someone in society to stop doing something harmful to them is crucial, especially if you want your connections to get stronger and continue.
you have to answer these five responses
Answer each of the following with a minimum of 5 sentences (25 sentences for the entire response).
1. Briefly summarize the behavior and plan you created. Have you made any changes to the plan since you first constructed it? In what ways would your plan have benefited from an alteration with what you know now?
2. Did you reach the goals you specified? Did you come across any barriers while implementing your plan? If so, did any of those barriers surprise you? Did you utilize the “recovery plan,” and if so, was it helpful? If not, what would you change about it to be more effective?
3. Has your perspective on your chosen behavior changed throughout this course? Do you feel that your plan would be effective for other individuals struggling with similar concerns? What considerations may need to be made to ensure that individual and cultural differences are addressed in the behavior plan?
4. After engaging in this plan, would you consider continuing and building on your plan; why or why not? Would you utilize the same approach for other behaviors?
5. How did the implementation of this plan alter or change your perspective on the chosen behavior? Did this experience influence your perspective on the challenges of behavior change? What were the specific challenges and positives of this assignment?

The final portfolio project is a three- part activity. You will respond to three separate prompts but prepare your paper as one research paper. Be sure to include at least one UC library source per prompt (which means you’ll have at least 3 sources cited).
Start your paper with an introductory paragraph.
Prompt 1 Blockchain (2-3 pages): Explain the major components of blockchain. Be sure to include how blockchain is affecting a global economy and how you see it growing in the future.
Prompt 2 Big Data (2-3 pages): Describe your understanding of big data and give an example of how you’ve seen big data used either personally or professionally. In your view, what demands is big data placing on organizations and data management technology? How does big data affect a global economy.
Prompt 3 Government and Policies (2-3 pages): Discuss the role government plays in a global economy. Also, look at what policies are currently in place and then discussion what policies should be put in place.
Conclude your paper with a detailed conclusion section (1-2 pages long).
Your paper should meet the following requirements:
Be approximately eight to nine pages in length, not including the required cover page and reference page.
Follow APA7 guidelines. Your paper should include an introduction, a body with fully developed content, and a conclusion.
Support your answers with the readings from the course and at least ten scholarly journal articles to support your positions, claims, and observations. The UC Library is a great place to find supplemental resources.
Be clearly and well-written, concise, and logical, using excellent grammar and style techniques. You are being graded in part on the quality of your writing.
NOTE: i need minimum 8 pages of content excluding title & reference page, in text citations, in APA format & references are important.

Students must then post a minimum of THREE paragraphs up to a maximum of FOUR in response to one or two of the discussion questions posted below. NOTE WELL: Three paragraphs is the minimum to pass. You will not be able to make an A if you do not post FOUR paragraphs. (remember, 1 paragraph contains 3-5 sentences on average.) Respond to at least one comment from a previous post, providing thoughtful questions, reflections or similar. (for example a response such as “great job!” will not suffice.) Responses must be a minimum of three sentences, reflecting on some aspect of the poster’s response.
I recommend reviewing your question options first and then watch the movie while taking notes with that specific question(s) in mind. (hint: DEFINITELY USE QUOTES AND EXAMPLES FROM THE MOVIE IN YOUR ANSWERS.)
NOTE WELL: This film is rated PG-13, so it’s basically fine, but there are a few scenes that depict harm to animals that I just want to warn about in case you have a hard time with things like that (like me). There is a scene at the 36 min mark that you may want to skip (though be warned it is tied to the nature and place question, so watch this if you choose that question). And then there is a massive battle scene that depicts several animal deaths during fight scenes, from 2:13:30-2:19:00 and then again from 2:26:00 – 2:27:15.
Choose 1 (max 2) of the following discussion question options:
Science Fiction as geographical metaphor: Lauded science fiction author Ursula LeGuin once said that science fiction isn’t predictive, its descriptive. Meaning that works of science fiction are not really about the future, or far flung adventures, but they are rather a thought experiment whose actual purpose is to describe reality – to describe the present world, but under the guise of a metaphor or changed scenario. There are at least two major metaphors behind the film Avatar, discuss a minimum of one of them in detail. (In particular see Week 10’s discussion and readings.)
Imagined Communities-The settler imaginary: We just watched the film Smoke Signals, which as I mentioned was the first feature length film written, directed, and produced by Native Americans, starring a cast of Native Americans and filmed on a Native American Reservation. In short, it was a film written and created by and for Native Americans but with the intent to be culturally shared. The movie Avatar, however, came out 12 years after Smoke Signals and was directed by James Cameron, a white man famous for directing movies such as Aliens, the Terminator franchise and Titanic. In Avatar, he portrays the experience of indigeneity from a completely different perspective, which is academically referred to as a “settler imaginary”. That is, the telling of a story involving indigenous lands, peoples, cultures, etc, from the perspective of the descendants of those immigrants who arrived from other parts of the world to “settle” (live permanently) on the North American continent. Provide examples from the film that highlight why using a settler imaginary to tell indigenous stories can be problematic or sometimes even culturally violent. Provide a critique of the film from this perspective.
Nature and Place: The concept of nature is very important in the film. Compare and contrast Jake Sully’s preliminary relationship with nature compared to Neytiri’s and the Na’vi. Now recall that the discipline of geography holds a broader understanding of nature, one that does not view nature and cities as two opposites. Explain what that broader understanding is and then compare and contrast it with the movie’s more narrow portrayal of nature. Now reflect on why you think James Cameron felt there couldn’t be any cities on the planet Pandora.
Scalar Politics: Analyze the scalar politics of the film Avatar, discussing the film in terms of at least two-three different scales. (hint: don’t forget th
e body is a scalar site; and don’t forget why humans have come to Pandora)
Gendered production of outerspace:
identify and discuss 2-3 moments in the film that illustrate the gendered production of space on Pandora. Make sure you include examples from both the human and Na’vi societies.

You will be researching one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). One-way analysis of variance is a method of testing the equality of three or more population means by analyzing sample variances from these populations. You may use any resources that you like. If you Google one-way ANOVA you’ll find a plethora of information that will help you complete this project. I will have some resources posted on D2L in the Announcements page, but feel free to ignore them in favor of your sources.
This project is worth a letter grade and I’ll be looking at your work carefully, so please take the time and do this well. It MUST be typed and completely filled in to receive any credit. Every question must be answered. This is worth a lot of points, so again – please put in an appropriate amount of effort. I have attached a WORD doc and a PDF. Whichever one works best for you is fine.
Here are some resources, but part of the assignment is for you to forage about the Internet or grab a book in the Library.

A Simple Introduction to ANOVA (with applications in Excel)
