Do all bims that show addition of a spacer + repeat only show incorporation into one locus?post-lab questions 1) were you successful in isolating bims?

please, complete a lab report.1a) Which of the BIMs show evidence of incorporation of a spacer + repeat into: a) the CR1 locus? b) the CR3 locus?2. Do all BIMs that show addition of a spacer + repeat only show incorporation into one locus?Post-lab questions 1) Were you successful in isolating BIMs? Give evidence as to why or why not. If not, how would you change the protocol?(For Post-Lab question 1, answer based on “Expt 2 Wk 3 Agarose Gel Images” i.e. your lab period actual data. ) 2) For different BIMs, how would you determine if the same ‘spacer’ sequence was incorporated into each one?3) To prove a BIM had evolved to be phage 2972 resistant, what experiment could you carry out? (Consider the protocol you already carried out and base your answer on this. Indicate the expected results with a ‘BIM’ strain. The agarose gel that needs to be used is GEL#2 Attached the lab protocol, lab report format, Agarose gel sample data, and agarose gel images

I don’t understand how to do this because the phenotypes for highest frequency in each mutant don’t seem to correspond to the parental ones.

See attached figure. I don’t understand how to do this because the phenotypes for highest frequency in each mutant don’t seem to correspond to the parental ones.

*i will also be extending the time 12 extra hours if needed, studypool does not let me put a day and a half for the assignment time.

I need this genetics essay completed (please only bid if you are fluent in English). For this assignment, you will be selecting an ethical issue in genetics (I have already chosen my topic, CRISPR embryo editing, and will be attaching info when tutor is chosen) and perform library research on that topic. Your final essay should include enough background information for your peers to be able to understand the topic and why it is an ethical issue, a discussion of both sides of the issue, and a conclusion reflecting your opinion on the topic. The essay will be 600–700 words, two-pages, double-spaced at 12 point font, and include 3 references (citations must be complete to receive full credit with a minimum of 2 peer reviewed research articles). I will be providing the tutor with an outline given to structure the essay.

Let me know if there are any questions.

Please answer the questions as they are presented. I have attached a copy of the pedigree. You do not have to answer all four principles of bioethics, only two. Let me know if there are any questions.
